Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our HSE training and consultancy services in the Middle East. The role involves business development, client management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities for HSE training and consultancy services. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, safety managers, and key decision-makers. Promote Arbrit's accredited training programs, including NEBOSH, IOSH, LEEA, and other industry-specific safety courses. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to explain the benefits of our training programs. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert potential clients into customers. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
