About the Role:

AROMA 24/7, a leading brand in luxury scent marketing, is seeking ambitious and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales, client relationships, and achieving targets in a dynamic and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage client inquiries, handle negotiations, and provide after-sales support.
• Develop long-term partnerships with clients by providing innovative solutions and maintaining regular communication.

3. Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to improve sales strategies and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales, preferably in Scent Marketing, or related industries.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent presentation and client relationship management abilities.

Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the UAE market is a must.
• Understanding of scent marketing or luxury products is a plus.

Additional:

• UAE driving licence is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Scent Marketing / Fragrance Industry: 4 years (Required)
