Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the UAE, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Sales Targets and Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Product Knowledge and Promotion: Stay updated on the companys products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions. Effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of the companys products and services to clients. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to represent the company and generate leads. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client interactions and sales transactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing progress against targets and providing insights into market trends. Use CRM software to manage and track sales activities and client information. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns. Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the UAE. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Fluent in English (Arabic language skills may be an advantage). Valid UAE driving license (if required for the role). Additional Requirements: Flexibility to travel within the UAE if required. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
