Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of IT products and services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
Travel to client locations as needed to conduct meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
A Valid UAE Driving License.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Adaptability to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
