Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at AL REBAINA Vending Machines. As a leading provider of automated trading services, we specialize in creating comfortable environments for employees and customers from various enterprises and organizations. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within various industries, including healthcare, offices, residential complexes, hotel apartments, and other facilities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, leveraging excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize revenue generation.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of trends and opportunities, continuously refining sales approaches and tactics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful partnerships.
Meet and exceed sales targets, earning incentives and recognition for outstanding performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data and market trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively as needed.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
Residence visa for 3 months\' work.
Employment Terms:
Probation Period: This position is subject to a 3-month probationary period. Your performance during this time will be closely evaluated to determine your suitability for a full-time offer.
Location: This position is based in Abu Dhabi. However, the initial one week will be a training period in Dubai. Please confirm if you are currently residing in Abu Dhabi or if you are willing to relocate.
