We are a multinational advertising company specializing in corporate gift solutions. We are looking for proactive and passionate candidates who are eager to serve our corporate clients (B2B) and drive business growth.

As an Advertising Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. Your primary role is to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with corporate clients while providing them with tailored gift solutions that meet their needs. Additionally, you will support internal departments by gathering client data, analyzing industry trends, and securing new business opportunities.

To excel in this role, candidates should have the following skills (prioritized):

Negotiation & Closing Skills - Ability to persuade large corporations and close deals effectively.

Communication & Presentation Skills - Ability to deliver compelling pitches and build strong relationships.

Market Awareness - Understanding trends in corporate gifting and enterprise needs.

Key Account Management - Expertise in handling major clients and managing their accounts effectively.

CRM Proficiency - Ability to maintain an accurate and updated client database.

Job Details:

Work Location: Office-based in Ajman, UAE.

Work Environment: A dynamic and collaborative team in the advertising and corporate gifting industry.

Client Scope: Large enterprises (B2B) only.

Salary & Benefits: Performance-based salary - the more sales you generate, the higher your earnings. Additional benefits include attractive commissions, health insurance, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the corporate gift or advertising industry.

Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
