About Us:

Star Neon is a dynamic and creative company specializing in signage solutions. We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales team, gaining hands-on experience in direct client interactions through various channels such as chat, calls, and meetings.

Responsibilities:

Engage and maintain communication with potential clients. Generate and dispatch quotations promptly. Offer post-sale assistance and support to customers. Coordinate with the Operations Manager to schedule site visits and installations. Oversee project management from inception to completion. Collaborate internally with designers to develop proposals for potential clients. Communicate with production internally to ensure timely production and delivery according to agreed-upon timelines. Maintain accurate records of customers' accounts receivables within the company's systems. Prepare and follow up on invoices for outstanding payments. Record and process customer invoices and receipts on a daily basis. Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to discuss offers and address project specifications. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and Sales/Production CRM management. Assist with other sales-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. Preferably 0-2 year of experience in Sales/Customer Service Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Possession of a driving license is advantageous but not obligatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
