Requirements:

• Good Appearance: Must have a confident and professional look to represent the company effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales and rental trends in Ajman.
• Rules & Regulations: Familiarity with Ajman DLD rules and regulations.
• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand property sales and rental portfolios.
• Provide expert advice to clients on Ajman's property market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all Ajman real estate regulations.
• Conduct property visits, inspections, and meetings with prospective clients.
