Job Title: Sales Executive - Arabic Men's Wear

Location: Ajman, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting Arabic men's wear clothing and accessories.
• Utilize product knowledge to advise customers on styling, fit, and fabric choices.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and upselling/cross-selling strategies.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging merchandise displays to attract customers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist in inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock checks.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in men's wear or fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Residency or valid work permit in the UAE.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
