Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing sales, generating new business, and closing deals. This role requires an individual with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education Required: Diploma (Mechanical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Mechanical)

Skills & Experiences

Must have 3 years' experience in the HVAC industry or related field

Must have knowledge of HVAC products and systems

Candidate must have a valid UAE driving license

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Essential Roles & Responsibilities

Equipment selection / Cost Estimation / Quotation

Follow up on Quotation.

Preparing Technical Submittal.

Prepare the Order Estimation sheet and get it approved by the Sales Engr / Manager/ Sr. Manager.

Preparation of Project file and execution of the project till handover to the Client.

Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule select fan models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet.

Regularly visit the existing as well as prospective customer to establish/maintain healthy and profitable relationship and to find out their present and future demand to be able to meet them in time.

Conduct market intelligence survey to keep track of the competitor 's business policy, pricing structure, discount policy etc to support team 's business strategies to beat the competition.

Prepare a submittal based on the contract specification and submit it to the contractor/ consultant for approval.

Sending the order acknowledgement & Delivery schedule to customers.

Submit the post-delivery handing over documents to the Contractor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and detail oriented.

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
