• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for fire fighting system services.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximise profitability while meeting their needs.
• Travelling to visit potential clients.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Preparing reports and meeting regular sales targets.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in selling Maintenance & Service contracts specifically for Fire & Safety products (Fire Alarm, Sprinklers, Gas Suppression, Deluge etc) within UAE market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales for Fire & Safety portfolio within the UAE market.
• Should have a valid UAE driving license.
