Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong sales skills, and a creative approach to marketing. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to drive property sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:
• Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Marketing:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance brand visibility.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and other vendors to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
• Organize and host open houses, property tours, and other promotional events.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and local property values.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• English & Arabic Required

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
