Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Ajman, UAE Salary: 2000 AED + Incentives : Responsibilities:

Dress Code: Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the company dress code.
Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered.
Customer Interaction: Attend to customers pleasantly and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Customer Retention: Ensure 100% satisfaction so that customers are motivated to visit our shop again.
Product Promotion: Speak about all products and services to every customer.
Shop Cleanliness: Ensure the shop is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Order Management: Take customer orders accurately and note details in the order sheet.
Order Follow-Up: Follow up on orders with the manager to ensure timely delivery.
Shop Display: Correct and enhance shop displays to attract customers.
Sales Target: Achieve a minimum of 90% of your sales target.
Phone Usage: Limit personal phone and social media usage during working hours.
Stock Management: Count all stock regularly and reorder as necessary.
Customer Issues: Resolve customer problems promptly and efficiently.
Theft Awareness: Be vigilant while displaying stock items to prevent theft.
Tele Calling: Make calls to customers if needed for follow-ups and promotions.
Marketing Engagement: Fully engage in all marketing activities to promote the shop.
Business Ethics: No external business activities inside the company premises.
Legal Compliance: Adhere to all legal and company regulations.
Substance Prohibition: Avoid smoking, alcohol, and other substances inside the shop.
Communication: Inform the responsible person of any significant activities or issues.
