KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To control on site crushing plant operation for both in UAQ & Ajman Locations 1 . Minimum 3 years experience in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and north emirates markets and experience in building material and recyclables sales 2. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams 3. Must have a strong database of own customers from the same industry 4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs 5. Communicate efficiently sharing information with team members and reporting to managers 6. Follow instructions and adapt to changes in a flexible manner. 7. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and Set up meetings with potential clients 8. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data 9. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations 10. Negotiate/close deals, handle complaints or objections and Collaborate with team members to achieve better results 11. Present and sell company products and services to current and new business customers through sales visits 12. Directly interface with clients and brief them about company products and activities 13. Follow up inquiries, demands and competition as well as to get the job awarded 14. Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms 15. Report to the management completed reports of all jobs, under follow up, tender stage, secured jobs and forecasting 16. Prepare annual sales plan for the company Also, Maintain daily, weekly, monthly reports as requested by management. Maintain record of all products available on site and maintain efficient safety regulations Processes departmental reports and submits them in a timely manner for review by the Manager.
