• Identify and acquire new clients for air freight services and dangerous goods (DG) requirements, including DG packing.
• Develop and maintain a robust customer database, leveraging personal contacts and industry connections.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide tailored solutions to clients based on their specific needs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for dangerous goods.
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Negotiating sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's services.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, specifically within the air freight and dangerous goods sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of DG requirements and packing regulations.
• Strong network and existing customer database in Dubai is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
