Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Willing to be assign in any of the seven Emirates to promote new products to potential customers.
Conduct outbound calls and personal meetings with potential customers to promote and sell a product or service.
Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
Monitor competitors\xe2\x80\x99 products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
Handle customer needs and requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
Refer customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments.
Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.

Qualifications:

Be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
Must be skilled in closing the sale.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle unforeseen problems or issues with customers.
