•Purpose: •

Bridge between the Customer and Company landscape maintenance solutions in the residential landscape segment. Generating revenue, building a strong client network, and forging strategic partnerships to ensure a sustainable landscape maintenance business. .

•Key Accountabilities: •

The key accountability areas include:

• Driving Revenue Growth.
• Augmenting customer base.
• Fostering strategic partnership.
• Market intelligence.
• Contract negotiations.

• Residential landscape maintenance experience with Horticulture / Agriculture/ Science background.
• Experience in planting and plant & turf maintenance ,is preferable.
• Must have strong sales and collection skills.
• Excellent negotiation, customer engagement and closure skills with basic horticultural plants knowledge.
• Turf maintenance experience is an added advantage.
• 8-10 years of experience in water, plant nutrients, pest & disease management, are the key preferred skills.
• Self-initiative, aggressive in connecting new residential customers, experience in horticulture plants planting, irrigation management, & plant maintenance and proactive actions on competition are value added inputs
• Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.
• Candidate must have a valid UAE 4-wheel Driving License.
• Must have to handle all landscape maintenance business related responsibilities.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
