Bridge between the Customer and RNZ Nutrient solutions in the Agriculture and Horticulture industry. Generating revenue, building a strong client network, and forging strategic partnerships to ensure a sustainable business. .

• For Agriculture/ Horticulture segment
• Sales & Marketing experience with Agriculture/ Science background.
• Experience in Agricultural fertilizer sales & marketing, is preferable.
• Must have strong sales and collection skills.
• Excellent negotiation, customer engagement and closure skills with basic field promotion knowledge.
• Agricultural crop production and maintenance experience is an added advantage.
• Agriculture crop nutrients, pest & disease management skills are the key preferred skills.
• 15-20 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural fertilizer industry
• Self-initiative, aggressive, experience in conducting field trials at end user level, floating effective revenue generating schemes and proactive actions on competition are value added inputs
• Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.
• Must have to handle all Agriculture fertilizer business related responsibilities .
• 4-5 Years experience would be ideal
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
