Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct market research to stay updated on property values and trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service. Negotiate and finalize property transactions. Prepare and present real estate documents and contracts. Registering and obtaining NOC from developers, landlords, and property management. Cold calling and finding a property to list.

Requirements:

Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. 1 year experience in real estate or sales is preferred. A valid real estate license is a plus. Having a car and a driving license is a plus.
