A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling training programs and courses to potential clients and businesses.

Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the training center.
Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, companies, and organizations that may benefit from the training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their training needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
Develop a deep understanding of the training center's courses and programs to effectively communicate the value and benefits to clients.
Use a consultative approach to understand client requirements and tailor training solutions to meet those needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Generate leads through various methods, including cold calls, emails, networking, and attending industry events.
Create and maintain sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital materials, to support the sales process.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while ensuring profitability for the training center.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to adapt sales strategies.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Coordinate with the training center's operations and administration teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to course delivery.
Collect and relay client feedback to improve training programs and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with sales techniques and receive training on new courses and programs offered by the training center.
