Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry options.
Achieve individual targets and goals by effectively promoting products.
Educate customers on features, benefits and care of jewelry items.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all jewelry products including styles and current trends.
Stay updated on inventory and new arrivals.
Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout.
Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including those related to health & safety.
REQUIREMENTS
Languages known: Tagalog & English.
Sales experience is a plus.
Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a jewelry store.
Strong communication skills and a vibrant personality
