We are a leading training institute in Abu Dhabi looking for a motivated and dynamic

Sales Executive

to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the institute's training programs to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and guiding them through the training options available. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Handle inquiries, provide information about courses, and assist clients with the enrollment process. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales (preferably in education, training, or related fields). Experience as a

Telesales

Executive or

Academic Counselor

is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele. Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Incentives:

A competitive salary will be offered, with incentives that increase based on your performance and meeting sales targets.
