Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the legal or professional services sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct sales presentations and meetings to showcase our services and solutions. Understand client needs and tailor proposals to meet their requirements. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field. Minimum [2] years of sales experience, preferably in the legal or consultancy sector. Strong understanding of legal services and the UAE market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
