Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth for tissue products and raw materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide expertise on raw materials and advise clients on solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, resolve client issues, and drive repeat business.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales, including field experience and exposure to raw materials (preferably in tissue or paper industries).
