Job Title: Sales Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. They will be expected to develop new business, manage existing client accounts, and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email outreach, and referrals.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients, effectively communicating the features and benefits.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Negotiation : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals while ensuring profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and customer interactions using CRM software. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
• Achieving Sales Targets : Meet or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.
• Collaboration with Team : Work closely with other teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
• Product Knowledge : Continuously develop knowledge about the company's products or services to effectively sell and advise customers.
Requirements:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (typically 1-3 years).
• Skills :
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Salary : Competitive base salary with commission or bonus incentives based on sales performance.

Sales Executives may work in an office, remotely, or on-site at client locations, depending on the company. Travel may be required to meet clients or attend business events.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
