Baraka Real Estate Development is looking for confident and driven Sales Executives, with real estate experience, to join our team. Based in Abu Dhabi branch, the individual will be responsible for selling the Company's property portfolio, ensuring maximum profitability, and managing the full sales process from initial contact with a customer, through to closing the sale.
Responsibilities
-Provide guidance and assist buyers and investors in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
-Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
-Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and ensuring a fair and honest dealing
-Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
-Display and market real property to possible buyers
-Prepare necessary paperwork
-Maintain and update listings of available properties
-Promote sales through connections and events
-Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree
-Proven 3 years working experience as a sales person in Real Estate Developer.
-Proven track of successful sales record
-Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
-Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
-Pleasant and trustworthy
-MS Office familiarity
-Can Speak English and Russian
