Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive at MAAM Properties in Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect and source potential tenants to showcase our properties, and close deals. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, getting corporate clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the rental process.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of the real estate market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
