Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for service contracts and maintenance agreements related to UPS, generators, and CCU. Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Prospect and acquire new customers by understanding their power and cooling requirements and proposing customized service solutions. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of UPS, generator, and CCU systems, including their functionality, maintenance requirements, and industry standards. Provide technical guidance and support to customers in selecting the appropriate service options. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers, highlighting the value proposition of our service offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and proposed solutions. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to critical power and cooling solutions. Use market insights to identify opportunities for product and service innovation. Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and management. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the field of critical power systems, including UPS, generators, and CCU. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to customers. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas persuasively and build rapport with customers. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
