With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking on their behalf a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join the team as a Sales Executive.As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in connecting organizations with clients, promoting transportation solutions, and negotiating contracts. Your primary responsibilities will include:Promoting Logistics Solutions:
Proactively promoting transportation solutions to clients and prospects that align with their supply chain needs.
Identifying and selling innovative solutions and services to drive continuous improvement in client operations.
Building Client Relationships:
Researching and seeking out prospects through sales calls to build a portfolio of clients.
Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Overseeing Goods Movement:
Ensuring timely pickup, transportation, and delivery of clients goods to their satisfaction.
Negotiating rates with clients to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Staying updated with market freight rates to determine fair pricing for transportation services.
Effective Communication:
Communicating with clients and prospects via telephone and scheduling visits when necessary to follow up on potential business opportunities.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transportation services and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsTo qualify for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
UAE driving license is preferred.
