Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive specializing in the beauty and cosmetics industry. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of beauty and cosmetic products to prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory, including salons, spas, beauty retailers, and other relevant outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our beauty and cosmetic products, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities by proactively seeking out prospective clients, attending trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors\' products, and market conditions to effectively position our products and differentiate them from competitors.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and product development teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and overall sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales deals in line with company policies and objectives.
  • Regularly analyze sales data and reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales budgets and strategies.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-study to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or a similar role in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products, including skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information and benefits to customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure sales deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attendindustry events.
  • A valid driver\'s license and a reliable vehicle.
