Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various means, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the products or services they are selling to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to showcase how the product or service can meet their needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Setting and meeting sales targets and goals, often on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Negotiating pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers.
  • Preparing sales contracts, quotations, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Providing regular sales reports to management, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Extensive travel is often required, as outdoor sales executives meet clients at their locations.
  • Collecting feedback from customers to improve products or services and address any concerns.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  • Efficiently managing time and resources to maximize productivity and sales outcomes.
  • Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and manage sales leads.
  • Following company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 2 Years experience in sales
  • Experience in furniture industry is preferred
  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Strong industry knowledge with a proven track record, an asset
  • A valid driver license and a reliable vehicle is required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including-evenings
