Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the fitout and maintenance industry, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and maximizing revenue. Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: \xc2\xb7 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. 2. Client Relationship Management: \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. \xc2\xb7 Understand clients\' needs and requirements to offer tailored fitout and maintenance solutions. \xc2\xb7 Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our services. \xc2\xb7 Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly. 3. Sales and Negotiation: \xc2\xb7 Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations to potential clients. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals. \xc2\xb7 Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis. \xc2\xb7 Track sales activities, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare sales reports. 4. Team Collaboration: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and designers, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Communicate effectively with colleagues to share market insights, client feedback, and sales strategies. \xc2\xb7 Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
