Job Summary
- Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales processes across the company.
- Serve as the thought leader for sales regarding product requirements, selling trends, marketing programs and communications.
- Recommend creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge.
- Assist in developing brand identity and recognition within the UAE.
- Assists clients / customers in inquiries, concerns, complaints and requests.
- Bilingual \xe2\x80\x93 Arabic and English communication skills.
- Telephone and customer service skills.
- Inquiries and Complaints Handling Skills.
- Telecommunication Industry working experience preferred.
