Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Explaining and guiding the customers about the Faham Doors products and services and showing them the showroom display products. \xef\x82\xb7 Meet and exceed sales targets. \xef\x82\xb7 Inbound sales inquiries closing. \xef\x82\xb7 Handle the follow-up, customer visit, negotiations, and the deal closing. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing the quotations and negotiations. \xef\x82\xb7 Reminding the customer with the contract terms and the site readiness
conditions. \xef\x82\xb7 Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. \xef\x82\xb7 Managing and interpreting customer requirements. \xef\x82\xb7 Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions. \xef\x82\xb7 Administering client accounts. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing reports for sales manager \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with team to understand customer requirements and provide sales
support.
Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales with engineering background. \xef\x82\xb7 Technical sales experience. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. \xef\x82\xb7 Must be Lebanese or Syrian nationality. \xef\x82\xb7 Civil or mechanical engineer or Architect
