Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling complex engineering services and products, specifically in structural steel. This role requires combining technical knowledge with sales skills to sell structural steel fabrication services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their technical requirements and business needs
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
• Offer after-sales support services and provide technical back-up as required
• Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong technical background in structural steel fabrication and installation
• Previous experience as a Sales Engineer or demonstrating strong potential for technical sales (project engineers looking to move into sales are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high proficiency in negotiating and influencing decision-makers.
• Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs with confidence.
• Driven, self-motivated personality, with a keen interest in meeting sales targets and expanding business opportunities.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Vehicle and petrol allowance will be provided by the Jahsteel)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering or sales within the construction or manufacturing sector. Less experienced candidates with strong potential are also considered (e.g., project engineers seeking sales roles).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
