Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, specifically within the water pumps industry.
• In-depth technical knowledge of water pump systems, including their applications and specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the water pumps division.
• Identify and establish contact with potential clients across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and technical presentations to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper installation and post-sales support for water pump systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Generate and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
