You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and address technical questions or concerns. Your knowledge and expertise will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Pre-Sales Manager and you\'ll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our sales efforts by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products to potential customers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product development and improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
Engage in customer-facing activities including conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products
Address technical questions and concerns from potential customers
Assist in the development of sales proposals and technical documentation
Gather customer feedback and provide input for product development and improvement
Train and support channel partner community
Help coordinate engineering support
You Must Have:
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science
Fresh Graduate or with 1-2 years of experience
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant products and technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions
Keen interest in technology and industry and how to develop solutions using technology
