Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to drive business growth and client relationships in the industrial and commercial refrigeration, energy industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in refrigeration or energy sector, coupled with exceptional sales acumen and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions.

Experience in ammonia refrigeration preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the refrigeration, energy sector.
• Heat load calculation.
• Selection of refrigeration machines.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
• Prepare proposals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of [3] years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on refrigeration industry.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration systems, energy efficiency principles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet client needs and attend industry events.
