Job Title: Air Conditioning Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Air Conditioning Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a valid UAE driving license. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate air conditioning solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how our products meet client requirements.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they understand the specifications and benefits of our products.
• Assist in the design and specification of HVAC systems based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure that all technical aspects of the sales process are met.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to installation and after-sales service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in air conditioning sales or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
