Job Summary :

Fast Service LLC is seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Engineer/Salesperson to drive sales and generate leads for villa renovations, villa maintenance, shop renovations, office renovations, interior design, and other civil-related projects. The candidate will leverage company-provided social media leads and proactively seek additional opportunities to expand the business.

The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into successful projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Utilize company-provided social media leads to identify and approach potential clients.
• Independently search for new sales opportunities through networking, site visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Expand the client base by targeting villa owners, shop managers, office owners, and other potential customers.
• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Understand client requirements for civil and interior design projects and offer tailored solutions.
• Present the company's services professionally to potential clients, highlighting unique selling points.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
• Collaboration with Teams
• Coordinate with design, project management, and execution teams to provide accurate estimates and timelines to clients.
• Communicate client requirements effectively to internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Market Research & Reporting
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and progress.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in civil construction, interior design, or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software.
• Ability to understand technical concepts related to civil and interior projects.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
