Support sales leadership by delivering comprehensive technical insights and clear, solution-oriented documentation. Monitor industry trends to keep our offerings relevant, acting as a subject matter expert on RAN and cellular networks (2G, 4G, 5G). Communicate customer needs to development and support teams, ensuring alignment and clarity in solution delivery. Create and maintain engaging technical sales materials that drive product engagement and support sales targets locally and globally.
