Responsibilities: Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit. Follow-up with existing database of prospects to close deals. Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams. Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business. Must have\xe2\x80\x99s: Minimum 3 years of Technical Sales experience. Having strong knowledge in construction industry would be an advantage. Should be a Native Arab Syrian, Lebanese or Palestinians only 3 plus years experience in a sales or business development role with construction company. Skills: Negotiation, Need/value identification, Self-motivation, Relationship-building, Market Knowledge, Brand building. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential.
