Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Engineer - Maintenance Projects
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our maintenance services. This role requires a strong technical background in maintenance solutions, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for maintenance projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility management companies.
Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and provide tailored maintenance solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and technical departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and post-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in CRM software.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales and business development in the maintenance industry.
Proven track record in selling maintenance solutions such as HVAC, MEP, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance systems and processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with FM companies and property developers.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for maintenance projects.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
