• Client Consultation:

Engage with clients (architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in interior decor. Offer product recommendations based on project specifications, aesthetics, and budget.

• Product Expertise:

Present and demonstrate a comprehensive range of interior decor products (furniture, wall coverings, flooring, lighting, custom designs, etc.), highlighting technical features, benefits, and design compatibility.

• Sales and Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline. Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance during the selection, specification, and installation phases. Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, logistics) to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of products.

• Project Coordination:

Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of interior decor products within the overall project plan. Offer on-site support when necessary to ensure successful installation.

• Market Analysis & Trends:

Keep abreast of the latest trends, products, and innovations in the interior decor industry. Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.

Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Relevant industry certifications and training are a plus.

• Experience:

3+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related field within the interior decor or building materials industry. Experience in B2B sales and dealing with commercial, residential, or hospitality projects is highly desirable.

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
