Are you passionate about sales and have a strong technical background? Join our renowned Industrial Automation company with over 20 years of market presence in the UAE. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer specializing in Pneumatic Hydraulics and Industrial Automation to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs, introduce products, and detail features to meet requirements.
• Maintain a sales conversion rate of over 75% and ensure consistent follow-ups to retain customers.
• Meet a minimum of 15 new customers per month and report to the Sales Team lead.
• Visit customer sites to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Achieve a minimum sales target of 90% within set timelines.
• Explain product pricing, quality, features, substitutes, and manage delivery follow-ups to assist in decision-making.
• Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies, handling any complaints or objections professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and addressing their needs.
• Analyze market changes and upcoming trends, conduct market research on competitors' products and pricing.
• Attend team meetings and implement suggestions and tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BTech/EEE) or equivalent Diploma/Automation.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Valid driving license.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with electrical products and market trends is a plus.
