: Sales Engineer - Home Automation Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the home automation market, including smart homes, residential complexes, and commercial buildings.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to educate clients on the benefits of home automation solutions.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, project proposals, and contracts based on client needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Technical Expertise & Solution Design:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized home automation solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to potential clients.
• Design and configure home automation systems, including smart lighting, HVAC controls, security systems, and home entertainment.
• Work closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Project Management & Execution:
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Provide technical support during and after project implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Client Support & After-Sales Service:
• Provide ongoing support to clients to address any technical issues or additional requirements.
• Offer training to clients on the operation and maintenance of their home automation systems.
• Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and technical support for home automation, electrical systems, or smart home products.
• Strong understanding of home automation systems, including smart lighting, security systems, climate control, and audiovisual systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD).

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role within the home automation industry.
• Knowledge of home automation protocols such as KNX, Z-Wave, Zigbee, or similar technologies.
• Experience in managing home automation projects from inception to completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
