Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities for
fire protection and firefighting systems
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers
.
Generate leads through
networking, site visits, cold calls, and industry events
.
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to achieve revenue targets.
2. Technical Sales & Proposal Preparation
Prepare and present
technical and commercial proposals
for clients.
Provide clients with technical
guidance on fire protection systems, fire alarms, sprinklers, fire pumps, and suppression systems (FM-200, NOVEC, CO2, etc.)
.
Ensure proposals comply with
UAE Civil Defense codes, NFPA standards, and local regulations
.
Work closely with the
estimation and design teams
to prepare competitive quotations.
3. Client Relationship Management
Conduct
meetings and presentations
to showcase the company's services and products.
Address client concerns and provide after-sales support.
Follow up on project approvals and coordinate with the execution team.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Identify emerging needs in the
fire safety industry
and recommend business expansion strategies.
Provide
feedback on new technologies and customer requirements
.
5. Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and project scopes with clients.
Finalize contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Close deals and achieve
monthly/quarterly sales targets
.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with the
estimation, design, and operations teams
to ensure project success.
Provide input to the procurement department regarding
material requirements and lead times
.
7. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure that all sales documents and contracts comply with
Civil Defense requirements
.
Maintain
accurate records of sales activities, quotations, and client interactions
.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection, or a related field
.
Experience:
Minimum
2-3 years
in sales within the
fire protection, firefighting, or MEP industry
.
Certifications:
Civil Defense certification is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of
fire protection systems, fire alarms, sprinklers, and suppression systems
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Ability to
understand technical specifications
and convert them into sales opportunities.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
.
Languages:
Fluent in
English
; Arabic is an advantage.
Driving License:
UAE driving license is required for client visits.
