WHAT'S THE ROLE?
As a Facade Specialist Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating sustainable sales revenue and maximizing Hilti's share of business with Facade stakeholders in the UAE through systematic account development. By doing this, you will create sustainable business relationships with high-level contacts and present the Hilti value proposition and differentiation to decision-makers to secure business.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing accounts with key strategies and action plans. You will steer the sales and business development activities, defining and driving the actions which will lead to the development of market share in the Facade industry. You will also identify business opportunities to allow for local application to secure profitable growth in the various product lines, while expanding the buying customer platform.
Our Professional Sales Onboarding Program prepares all new sales employees ideally for their job in the first few months - this includes not only several weeks of training but also individual coaching on the job.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience within the Facade industry
• Minimum 3 year professional sales experience
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Senior relationship management skills to be capable and confident while speaking to senior and C-level customers
• Long-term strategic thinking to explain and transmit the targets & strategy to customers, peers and management
• Experience working in a commercial sales role in UAE market, with proven success in selling value adding solutions to contractors/end users
• Structured approach and time management capabilities
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Self-driven and ability to work autonomously
