Job Title: Sales Engineer - ELV & Security Systems

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer specializing in ELV Systems and Security Solutions.
This role demands a strong technical understanding of systems integration, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning
Generate and qualify leads through various methods.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Preparation of proposal and tender documents
Attend trade events, exhibitions and conferences by distribution partners and other marketing events
Payment follow up, Handling customer grievance
Solution demonstration, Pre sales meeting, Requirement Analysis
Presentation Preparations, Lead generation, Lead follow up
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff
Client coordination, Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Generate new business accounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability
Submission of weekly reports to Channel Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Technical knowledge of ELV Systems and security system including access control, CCTV, Access Control, ANPR, Gate Barriers and ICT Products
Previous success in account management, with a demonstrable ability to provide customer-driven solutions, support or service
Strong market understanding system integration
2 - 4 years' prior industry related sales experience
UAE valid driving license.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
