As a Sales Engineer specializing in waterproofing & construction chemical materials, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and providing technical expertise to clients in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Your role will focus on identifying client needs, offering customized waterproofing solutions, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company's products effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets, including contractors, architects, engineers, developers and distributors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for waterproofing & construction chemicals products.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase product effectiveness and features.
3. Technical Consultation and Support
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients on the selection, application, and installation of waterproofing materials.
- Work with clients to understand project specifications, recommend appropriate products, and develop customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues or product customization requests.
4. Product Knowledge and Training
- Stay up-to-date on the company's waterproofing materials, product innovations, and new technologies in the industry.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to promote the company's waterproofing products.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management on a regular basis.
- Track sales metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to the sales strategy.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Civil, Chemical, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction or waterproofing industry.
-Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of waterproofing & construction chemicals materials, construction processes, and relevant industry standards.
